In this personal toolbox assignment, reflect on where you are over the last semester and your simultaneous experiences of practice, class, and practicum, paying special attention to the integration of course material into your practicum experience. Address where you were when you began the first generalist practice course and where you are now. This should be a self-reflective review of how you have seen yourself grow and develop thus far. Focus on skills you see yourself becoming more comfortable with and those you want to explore and develop further in addition to your growing self-awareness and ways of approaching those in need and the larger environment.
